  I've been a shopper of Bath and Bodyworks​ for many years and in many different states and the standard has always been the same, UNTIL coming​ to this location. There was NO ONE welcoming me into the shop, handing me a bag and updating me about current specials(which has been normal shopping experience).. instead what I found were 3 employees talking to each other at the checkout desk and 10 minutes into my visit after I'd already made my selections someone coming over to say hello and to see if I needed help.. Never informed of current promotions (thank goodness for the signage).. I felt as if I wasn't at a Bath and Bodyworks (it felt very cold and uninviting). The only reason I give one star is because my candles were in stock.. That's it. Will not return to this location. I just hope that other stores in the area don't follow this example.
