  I immediately went into panic mode when the primary projector for our organization suddenly failed. Epson referred me to several authorized repair companies around the country (since we didn't have one in the NW, adding more stress). CCS was the only company that responded promptly and explained the whole process and cost in the beginning. I was also nervous about shipping our expensive hardware out of state, but I was reassured as the service coordinator worked with me every step of the way and explained each step in detail. Hard to find service like this these days in any industry.
