  Great company, great customer service, great products, does it get any better? Despite having several excellent HiFi stores locally, I decided to use Daniel Harmon's company in AZ in order to re-discover my Vinyl addiction of 30+ years ago - with competitive prices and free shipping, I acquired a Rega based system from him; Planar 3, Fono MM and Ear... the products arrived double-boxed from them within a couple of days via (free) FedEx! I realized I wanted speakers too, so I returned the Fono MM and Ear and got a 2017 Brio-R and RX-1's from him (refund minus shipping for the Fono + Ear) Once I got the Brio-R I had some problems with it, Daniel responded "immediately" (literally) to help solve the problems, and also contacted the distributor and Rega themselves to help resolve. I cannot recommend this company (and Daniel) too highly A+++ I will be using him for any future purchases!
