  We purchased a table chairs for over $6k. Drexel Heritage has a wide selection of beautiful furniture, and the designer was helpful determining a great set for us. However, as soon as we decided to purchase the customer service went down hill. Literally after we decided to go on and purchase our designer started working with new clients and we waited over 90 minutes. The 3 to 4 weeks for delivery turned in to 8 weeks. The delivery was restricted to a 2 hr window once a week even though we paid for delivery and live 20 miles away. So even after the furniture arrived it took an extra week and a half to have it delivered. While we like our new furniture, we will probably think twice when purchasing from Drexel Heritage because of their poor customer service. If you are so inclined to purchase there, I would recommend pretending like you are preparing to purchase another set of furniture and string them along so you can continue to get good customer service for your order.
