  Walked to the door 5 minutes b-4 closing. Both sales associates were standing at the door to tell me they were closing in 5 minutes. My perception of the tone was they did not want to see a customer that late. I had an emergency trip, needing slacks Asap. Also, I was dressed as down, as could possibly, the comment was "why don't you just wear what you have on, that seems to be working for you." I believe these ladies have a lot to learn.

  J Jill has suffered a serious decline in quality and style over the past couple of years. Previously, they carried cute, trendy clothing for the 40+ set. Now they look like a cross between Sears and Eileen Fisher, cheap quality and boring styles. They lost me as a customer! The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because they still carry some cute accessories.
