  I posted a review earlier today about our unpleasant experience this afternoon. My husband just reminded me of the phone call we heard from the same rude guy that I mentioned earlier. So there are the three of us in our party. Two other customers and the two employees plus the guy (assistant mgr?) all listening to him go on and on about an employee that was not doing her job as he talked in the phone to someone. I could not believe what I was hearing. It's not bad enough to talk in front of the customers who May or may not know the person being discussed but its all happening in front of the two employees who do know her. Extremely unprofessional, rude and very unkind. All in all a pretty horrible experience for all of us. Hope the old rule " what goes around comes around" for this marginal individual. Go someplace or order online to avoid this guy and his troubled team.
