  I can’t say enough about how amazing the Lillian Lottie team was from the moment I walked in their shop in July 2016 to the moment I dropped off my dress for preservation in May 2017! Jenny was assigned to work with my mom and me and she was professional, full of energy and love, and made my dress experience a positive one. When I came in for my first appointment, she guided me through the store and we picked out 23 dresses. She was patient, honest, invested in my experience and answered all my questions. I appreciate how Jenny took the time to get to know my mom and me and make us feel welcome. With her help, I was able to find MY dress. It’s absolutely beautiful and I love it so much! Jenny showed me ways that I could personalize it and also helped me find a great veil to go with it. After my dress arrived, Lillian Lottie allowed me try it on as soon as it arrived so I could show some family (before my first fitting). Susan was our in-house seamstress and she was able to tailor the dress perfectly to my size, as well as make personal changes. When it came time to find earrings and a hairpiece, Jenny hooked me up with the most beautiful accessories, completing my wedding day look. I am so thankful for Jenny, Susan and the staff at Lillian Lottie for giving me such great service and genuinely caring about me in the process. I highly recommend them for any Bride looking for her dress!

  I visited Lillian Lottie in November with my mom, aunt and grandma in search of my wedding dress. This was the first of three places for the day and one of eight places I visited overall (and Lillian Lottie was far better than the rest). I was beyond impressed with this place. The staff was amazing! They greeted us promptly, explained how everything would work and then we got down to finding a dress. The lovely Emily assisted me and she KNEW what was up. She was awesome. She listened to me, made great recommendations, and wasn't offended if I didn't like a dress. She was unbelievably efficient. And for anyone who is wedding dress shopping, it's all about how they cinch you in that thing. This can ruin everything if it's not done properly. Truly. Emily made every dress I tried on look great. She knew exactly what to do and where to tighten the dress. It was such an amazing experience. She went above and beyond for us. I so strongly recommend Lillian Lottie for dress shopping! The staff is experienced and they make it fun. I ended up finding my dress there and went back at the end of the day to buy it. We took a million pictures, and again, the staff was awesome and patient with us. It's a shame I could only get a wedding dress there, because I would love to have them help me find that perfect little black dress!! Thank you Emily and the staff of Lillian Lottie for such an amazing experience!
