  I have a princesses ring from them. My husband bought it for me for Christmas several years ago. I love louie the 15 th. I have had so many complaments about it. I were it everyday and often take it in for cleaning and inspection. If I have a bagett or the main stone loose or missing or just a resize they are. More than willing to stand by there lifetime warranty. I am so happy with them that. When i lost my main stone in my wedding set and took it back 2 years in a row ( to the jeweler , a very well known jeweler ) who finally decided to not honor there own warranty. So I took it to louie the 15th who I had replace the stone and upgrade the diamond to a purer diamond . that was 5 years ago. I have never lost the main diamond. Again ., i garden , have a few pets and am very hard on my rings. But I have not worried about loosing my diamond again. And to all you women out there. They even took the time to explain to my husband why a womans wedding and ingagment ring is the most precious ring a woman could ever have . thanks to all the wounderful people at Louie the 15th . they truly understand a woman and her jewerly. I will be a loyal and faithful customer. I have all faith that when my Granddaughter takes my wedding ring and princess ring in to be serviced years from. Now( she's 7 yrs old) they will treat her with the same respect they do my husband and I. Hopefully they will also be there to tell her the memories of thr rings .
