  I went to Oliver for an engagement ring this past December. I had a good idea of what I wanted, but don't know that much about Jewelry. I wanted the ring for New Years and despite being delayed in my search, his team was on it immediately and confident that we would be able to make it happen. From our first conversation, I had updates almost every morning when I woke up. He helped guide me to an incredible diamond, made excellent suggestions on the band and setting, and even had very small stylistic improvements made that brought the whole ring together. I am thrilled with the final product and my fiancé is obsessed. If this wasn't enough, Oliver was out of town when we needed to do a small resize and Jodie, swiftly coordinated the whole thing (including shipping) to happen in one week!
