  I just switched the whole family from Verizon to Sprint, Joey Walker was Amazing! My son and I went there today and we had such a pleasant experience. Joey was professional & very knowledgeable. It took him short time to switch the whole family, He was very pleasant gentleman and sweet. Everyone there was friendly and nice, I love this location. I left sprint store super happy and very content especially knowing that I'm going to be saving a lot of money with Sprint. I encourage everyone to give this location a chance, If you need anyone to assist you in the future I would recommend Joseph( Joey ) Walker.

  Shockingly bad customer service, and not the first time at this location. The first time I was in this store was a year ago trying to activate an unlocked apple phone I had just purchased at the apple store, they acted as if it was the biggest inconvenience in the world but after much back and forth finally activated the phone. I went in again today to activate and iPhone X I just purchased at Apple and Marcus “assisted” me by informing me that I should have purchased my phone through them. I was told that while they do have SIM cards available they would only give me one if I purchased my phone there, WOW! With a smirk on his face I might add. I don’t know who manages this location, but they need more mature help that actually has an interest in helping people. This location is a complete disgrace.
