  The only point I will agree on is that their pricing is higher than elsewhere in the more west area of Phoenix. Other than that, I would have to say that I have never found merit with any of the complaints expressed by TLP. TLP seems to have run in to a sting of bad luck....but this is not the norm with this company. I professionally evaluate businesses all over the valley and each and every time I have performed a secret visit and evaluation of this location, it has not displayed any of the faulty items mentioned by TLP. It is clean, staffed by professional and friendly people and delivers quality product. Visit them and form you own opinion based on your own experience.
