  My husband and I purchased a second sofa at Thomasville. It was delivered three months later. Upon delivery, we noticed it "wasn't right." The pieces didn't fit together properly and it was poorly made. Not what you'd expect for a custom piece piece that took 3 months to make. We immediately contacted Thomasville and were told to call the claims/repairs department, which we did same day . Two weeks went by, no call. We called Thomasville again and were told the same. Yet again, we received no call. We decided to dispute the charge with American Express. Thomasville flat out LIED to Amex and told them we waited 15 days after delivery to call them. We called ten minutes after the sofa was delivered. Long story short... this company does not stand behind their product or their customers. Shame on you, Thomasville.
