  I normally like TCC and have had many friends work for them. I have purchased many phones from them. Love the company, however an employee at this store, Garrison, has blatantly lied to my significant other. He informed us that they were a corporate store, when they are actually an authorized retailer, which can be a significant difference. He was also emphatic that purchasing a phone required the purchase of a case. This is not true. While I appreciate up selling, lying to increase your numbers is not acceptable. Having worked at an authorized retailer before I am aware of the differences, unfortunately for people who don't they can be mislead into believing they are speaking directly to Verizon. I have no problem with TCC, but Garrison specifically left a terrible taste in my mouth and I won't be going to this location again because of that.
